Adapt and Live reserve the right to cancel/rearrange course dates. An alternative date or full refund is to be offered.
If an alternative date is requested, the cancellation policy will adhere to the terms of the original booking agreement.
In the case of a delegate cancelling the following charge will be incurred: 30 days or less – full cost.
You have the right to transfer to another event, providing you give us at least 30 days’ notice. However, we cannot guarantee availability for your replacement event.
