As part of your role, you may need to assess a person’s moving and handling needs while understanding the legislative framework that surrounds it. This course will help you to comply with the legislation when observing, interpreting and prescribing the equipment available in your area. You will be confident in assessing an individual in a holistic manner and competent in selecting and creating a plan for others to use when caring for that individual.
